  Took laptop to be repaired and asked for a quote. Never rang I had to keep chasing then when I went down I was told it would be either £18.99 or max of £25 thought that was really good but when I rang to see if it had been repaired was told the cost would now be 3 x as much. Person in shop swears blind he told me but I'm 100% positive he never mentioned
  Beware as this is the 2nd time they've tried this thankfully the 1st time we didn't go ahead with repair so wasn't ripped off
  Try and find someone else to repair items
  Won't be going back again
